It's simple why they do that, they assume that everybody out there is a memeber of the Psychic Friends Network. They know what they're doin and that's all that maters.
I love the ones that speed up so ya can't make a lane change when ya use your signals. I got in a bad habit when driving big trucks with people like that, I'd use my signal, then change lanes, period. If they wanted to be there, TO BAD. HA!
