Hi Matt,
When I hat my tires mounted, the shop spin ballanced them. Its maybe not as simpla as a car tire but they were abl to do it. There is a lot of lead spinning around some of my rims. I have heard of some folks using the stuff they put into the tires that self balances but have no experience with it. I guess with a tube tire they insert the stuff into the tube. Centrifugal force takes it from there.
