I can really relate to what your goin thru. Stuff like that is a daily occurrence here in Uggville. I've gotten to the point where I have people write down exactly what things are supposed to do (including my wife), so there's no doubt at all.
The other day, while we were having our annual boiler catastrophe, I had instructed my wife to do something, which she said she did. Later I asked her to check what she had done, and she says she never did that. Fortunately, the boiler guy had heard her too, so I know I wasn't losing it that time. Meanwhile, the Beast is STILL under snow & tent.
