God luck getting the collar off without ruining the sleeve. I tried one a while ago to fix one of my yokes. After installing the sleeve you're supposed to bend the collar back and forth to break it off, well by the time I got mine off the collar was junk, $35 down the drain, I should have just bought a new yoke. I was also curious why the sleeve wasn't longer to cover the whole yoke then the collar wouldn't need to be removed. I obviously had a bad experience with mine and I wouldn't waste my money on one again. I ended up re-surfacing muy old yoke.
