Normally there are two wear areas on the yoke: the felt area and the leather area. Since the speedi sleeve has been driven all the way to the end, it covers the felt area but not the leather area of wear and has added a lip preventing a good surface to seal. If you installed a leather seal, its not going to work. You can try measuring a neoprine seal for fit and if it won't work, grind off one side of the sleeve to remove it and apply a new one.

When installing, center the end of the sleeve between the visable wear area and end of the yoke and mark yoke at opposite end of sleeve and drive sleeve to that mark. A little silicone on yoke before driving will help ensure oil stays inside.

You can get a Speedi-Sleeve# 99187 at NAPA for about $40 bucks
