Yes, the prices are coming down on them. I just bought a nice 1996 2500 with similar miles in Portland for $6500.
I follow the prices closely & buy & sell them in Canada. In Portland, Seattle, & Northern Cal, a 1999 would go for around $7500 with those miles.
In Vancouver, BC, that same truck sells around $15K US!
