No it is a WC-?? military truck/ fold down front window with the rear bed and the cab rear missing along with the hood. Could have been a Command car?? It has the WC style grill and rest of the front end. No winch it was removed and nothing hooked up to the other PTO. I will try to ID it later off the dash(I forgot) since it is real close to my house. Mark H.
