Can't argue with having all new modern components other than cost. In my situation I was driving the rear off of the hand brake output so as to have a centered rear axle, and that end yoke is hard to replace with a Spicer because of the flange mount with the E brake drum. The other end yokes should be easy to replace with Spicer yokes. I did not have any strength issues using the older slip yokes though. Engine was a 440 Six Pack, and axles were Dana 70 front and rear with 38" Swampers.
