Castrol syntorq is not available from castrol in Canada .

Apparently it is only available from a dealer . On the same note I found that "Royal Purple " sells a synthetic that is supposed to work in the NV4500 .

Does anyone know anything abot Royal Purples products ? Besides the silly name .
