You bring up something interesting -- You do have the guy there with the hand shovel but no other digging equipment. The tank does seem to be in near perfect condition and there is another video showing a near identical tank driving around.
Your observations makes me wonder if someone was out schmutzing around in the woods (trails) at night and did'nt see/know that a sinkhole was looming -- It did come out rather easily --
