Well, winter is finally upon us here in the great state of Chicaga. Even before the storm actually hit, I heard this moise out back. The tent over the Beast came down. Now, several hours into the storm, it looks as if the Beast was vacuum packed. HA!
They closed all the schools locally, so poor little Maynard is gonna have to do some Emanual Labor. HA! We got about 10 to 12" of snow in Uggville now, and they say we got at least 6 more hours until the storm ends. Tomorrow the max temp is supposed to get to 17. I'm so happy they increased the natural gas bill 50% last year and are adding another 10% this year.
Then, Jan 1st, we get a present from ComEd. A 22 to 25% increase. Our local ComEd was/is the most profitable utility company in the whole US, and they're crying they don't make enough. I'm so happy I could crap!
