I went through the nightmare of trying to acquire tubes and flaps for my 11x16's. The local tire shop which also is the only place that would handle the split rings were useless for the most part. Their one saving grace is that they were able to actually do the mounting of the tires. I was able to get tubes and flaps from International Tire, however the valve stem does not exactly fit quite like it is supposed to. It took me nine weeks to get all this together. Michelin no longer makes (says they don't) tubes for the 11x16. Getting the 11x16's mounted was a royal pain, mostly because the people that were supposed to be handling these tires were unable, unwilling, or just too stupid to handle the job. I personally believe that it was a combination of all three. The truck now has the tires mounted. I have yet to test drive it though since it has been over at my friends house since the end of July recieving some much needed updates such as brakes, lights, and some fabrication for light duty logging/off-road recovery operations. The two silver linings to the whole ordeal was that I got a smoking deal on the 11x16's that were barely used, the other silver lining was that the tire shop was so kind as to not charge me for mounting the tires. Whoopee. Good luck.
