But to CORRECTLY answer your question....Stockton wheel, Diamond Racing and Marsh are some of the wheel companies that come to mind that have been by others on here. As for tires...when you've picked the wheel size you want then do a search for the size/style tire you want that will fit that wheel(or visa-versa).
I like several others on here run michelins on two of my trucks and also have a set of Swampers on the trailtruck with comats(not approved for that narrow a rim so it's not advised by as safe/approved, but I like to live dangerously!)*
