It's never been available in Diesel.
The Cummins is considered by most to be way too heavy for any serious off road use & so they designed the Power Wagon around the Hemi. There is no way to fit a Cummins with the location of the winch.
You could buy a new Dodge Cummins & install lower gearing & ARB lockers like the Power Wagon has but that would cost several thousand dollars.
