FFPW Transfer Case Problems!!

So heres where my amalgamation of several trucks has become an issue. I pulled a 360 and its tranny from a 2WD truck, since the old transfer case used an intermediate shaft anyway. I've got axles from a CUCV (Dana 60 and GM 14 bolt), so the yokes on those are fine, but the rear hogs-head is centered while my transfer case output is on the right. I need to have custom made drive shafts installed because someone "customized" the originals and made them too short. The machine shop guys are great, but they're saying i'll need to either change out the yokes on my transfer case, or put a different transfer case in.

Which would y'all do? If i swap the tranfer case out, i'm worried i'll have a hell of a time mounting it, but it would make all my angle issues go away with the rear axle. plus i don't even know a good option for replacing my '47 transfer case. i know i don't want anything chain driven, but that's where my knowledge of them ends.
They're telling me the drive shafts are gonna cost about $600 to make, so i'm trying not to blow my budget already.....

thanks for your help!!
