Sorry to hear you have trouble with your NAPA guy. I'm very fortunate to have an excellent NAPA store with an owner and staff who will always look up what I need. Even if it takes looking in the BOOK to find what I need. Not that they will always have it due to NAPA not stocking the part but they have located a part in Atlanta which was shipped in for me. I agree that people in general need to work on their listening skills to understand what the other person is trying to convey.
