My 5 year old daughter and I got it installed this afternoon. It is a 2 person job, but it doesnt have to be 2 adults. You just cant get to both sides of the drivers side bolts to tighten them. She held the tops while I tightened the bottoms. Then with the case on the floor jack (in a transmission jack cradle) with me under the truck guiding it and her pumping the jack we got it in place. It was funny watching her push the jack handle down, it was all she could muster but she stayed with it all the way.
VPW is now getting $10 apiece for the rubbers. Sure wish I knew about Powder River before. $25 is about what I thought they would be, I was suprised to say the least.
