M37 Brake bleeding, any tricks to it?

I am trying to bleed the brakes on my "new" '52 M37, rebuilt master cylinder that has been bled on the bench, new rear lines and all new cylinders. I have tried a power bleeder and manual bleeder with more trips around to the 4 bleeders than I care to remember and cannot get anything to pump up. The master puts out plents of pressure and volume in the vice. The truck had been sitting quite a while before two weeks ago. Any help or good jokes are appreciated. If anyone can email a diagram of the master cylinder parts that would be great, just to make sure I assembled it correctly.
