This is not a Bighorn. It is a special speced truck built 2 years before the Bighorn was introduced. Only 30 of these were built, all for Clark Transportaion, a car hauling company. The low profile is to allow a car hauling rack to be placed over the cab. These trucks used the hood and radiator shell from FWD mixer trucks.
you can read about these trucks in Don Bunn's book.
I would say the word "Rare", really applies here.
