My tach came with a shell that was mounted to a steering column. I turned it around so the mounting bracket was at the top. I took out the screw in the center of my front headliner strip. I reinstalled the screw with the tach bracket under it. I then drilled a hole through the headliner strip for the second screw. I poked a small hole (1/4" or less) through the headliner right up close to the metal strip for the wiring. It is a great looking addition to the truck, now I just need to make it work!
