That is a Carbon Tetrachloride pump extingusiher. They have been outlawed for many years. Carbon Tet when exposed to fire produces phosgene gas that will kill you. I you want it for looks, be sure its empty. carry a 10# ABC or 10# Purple K and your good to go.
