I agree, it does look dangerous! So best as I gan figure, you must rig all that up and then back up. They dont say what makes the a frame dig in and pivot up instead of just dragging along. Also, when you get the front suspended, the chain would be on the tips of the tow hooks. I dont think I would want to crawl under there with it dangling there. I guess the Army isnt subject to OSHA regulations. Can you imagine what OSHA would say if they found this in a company's procedure manual?
