What people need to know is that as far as unreg vehicles go, the local zoning rules are all that govern how many you can or can't have. I am very fortunate in that I live in one of the two remaining towns in CT that do NOT have zoning. We have had referendums about once every five years to institute zoning and thank God it has never even come close to passing. That too will change in time but for now I can have as many vehicles as I want, registered or not.
