I would not have the Kempner Power Wagon Museum and the 20 or so trucks without the loving support of Kathy.

She smiled and said nothing when I first started dragging some of these trucks home. Her first real Power Wagon experience was when she self-catered and served Saturday evening dinner to 95 folks who attended the 1998 Texas Power Wagon Reunion held here at our place. We had 25 families camped here.

She has been a gracious hostess when I invited Power Wagon folks that I only knew through this Forum to visit and stay with us. She only asked one of you if you were an axe murderer.

She has attended a few Power Wagon events in different parts of the country. She has found many friends in the Power Wagon community and it is they, not the trucks, who have made her enjoy sharing my involvement in this great hobby.

Thank all of you who have included her.
