Just a thought here but I used to pull people out including a car load of kids who were out looking for trouble. They slid off the road just down from me so I pulled them out. When I said that'll be $20 they looked at me like I was crazy to "charge" them to pull them out. If they hadn't copped an attitude and hadn't been driving like fools I might have let them off. The driver said his Mom was good for it so I called her. She proceeded to jump me like it was my fault that the kids went in the ditch. Needless to say I didn't get a dime so with that incident and the liability issue of hooking up to someone I'm very leary of doing such a thing. Do what you want but just a word to the wise. Snatch blocks are worth their weight for sure.
