I doubt that. 3 years later and 15,000+ driven road miles we have not had a problem at all. Sticks real good to clean metal. The sandblasted frame is rough enough for the POR to grip. That's just one vehicle. We've done a half dozen and no problems since the stuff came out. It's all in the prep just like any coating. I would never use the stuff over scaly rusty stuff even though they advertise it that way. Looks like hell all pitted looking in my opinion.
Only peeling I've ever seen is poorly prepped metal(oily or very rust scaly) and DOT3 brake fluid eating the stuff off.

PS...I use all their colors this is the natural in the pic and looks just like the day we put it on.
