Trailer Brake Control ?

It seems, at some time in the past on the forum, there have been discussions, on the pros and cons of different electonic trailer brake controls. I did not pay attention because I was still pulling an old car hauler, maxed out with no brakes!

Paying heed to the wise advice and warnings in this space, I've finally got the right trailer. It's an old question, but, if what you got works well for you, I'd be interested.
