I've got the 6.17 ratio listed in my IHC manual showing 8.39 as the low range ratio for that gearset. For the Dodge axle the closest thing I've got in a Dodge parts book for a single reduction ratio is 6.63-8.81 and 6.33-8.81. Those ratios are out of a 1961 parts book.
