Putting a 392 Hemi with either 727 or 4 speed in a 1959 D100 that had a FH6 and a 3 speed will most likely require making all new mounts from scratch.

The 59 D100 came with only one other motor, the Poly 318. I can not imagine the poly 318 and the 392 Hemi can share motor mounts.

Maybe someone here knows more about it, but I have never tried that combonation.
