Drove the Old '58

My Dad and I are working on an old 1958 W100 with an original Hemi for a good friend of ours. We got the brakes all redone so they actually work now. Somebody put a 4 inch exhaust on the truck that looks like it was junk to begin with. We need to put in new spark plugs and wires and have the carb rebuilt. It sound like it was only runnin on 4 cylinders. The old wheels and tires were shot, so he got some new wheels that look fairly stock along with some new 33" BFGs. They look awesome. We drove over to our neighbors about half mile uphill and were wondering what we were doing. No seats just some blocks of wood. We did have one backfire that was a little scary. Luckily we had lights otherwise we wouldn't of been able to see anything. It is a neat old truck that needs a lot more work. It is getting there, slowly. Lots of fun!
