Not very hard to do. Seat bottom cushion has J-type clips that hold it to the frame asmy. You will have to remove the recliner handle... small screw on some or c-clip behind. And also the power seat switch if equiped. Seat back cover has velcro at bottom slides upwards from there..tight fit. You really don't need to remove the headrest to slide a heater element into place. All of this is much easier if you pull the seats out of the truck of course. Be sure to leave enough power wire to allow full movement of the seat yet not enough to pinch in the track. One more important note some of the late model trucks have weight sensors in the cushion for the advanced air bags. Please be sure the ign. key is off for 20 seconds or disconnect the battery before unpluging the connectors under the seats.
