Of course that is only if you want the Flat Fender style.

If you want one that shares the sheetmetal with a 2wd truck of the same era the last older Power Wagon was made in 1980. After 1980 the 4wd trucks were called Power Ram.

If you wanted a real modern truck Dodge just started to make the Power Wagon again, and you can buy one from you local dealer.

The modern PW is just an drivetrain upgrade, and badge package, the sheetmetal looks the same as the rest of the 2007 lineup.

If you want a more modern Flat Fender Power Wagon then you need to buy one that was exported in the mid 70s, that is as new of a old style PW as you can get (they are much the same as the 1968s, except some got slant 6 motors). As for the legal issues with bringing a truck back to the US that was built for export only, those are up to you.
