PTOs, splitter boxes, winches

I have a 66 W300 with NP201 xfr case w/10 hole PTO. Originaly had an LU-2 Braden. Looking for 2--yes--2 LU-2 or preferably 2 MU-2A Bradens(why do most seem to be back east?--I am in WA). I want to run a splitter box to power the two winches. Who makes them (or made them)? Where is a good place to start to locate either winches or splitter box. We are talking used here, not new! What would I need to do to my 10 hole PTO--can the output shaft be reversed in the 10 hole PTO case to face back towards a splitter box instead of forward towards the front winch? How would each winch be selected? Levers in the cab, or Chelsea type actuating cables. Is there any change in shaft speed between output of the PTO, and output shafts on a splitter box (same rpm in and same rpms out)? Are they a universal item? Are there other Dodge trucks/PW that ran these, and would it be much of a task to adapt one to a W300? Any info/guidance/help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I am in the dark concerning splitter boxes.
