Good dignosis A.A.A most likely weak clutch cover springs and worn disc are causing clutch not to hold and grind going from 1st or R .If the TO/B and fork is not binding or riding on the fingers of clutch cover+slippage is still there its time to R+R motor or trans to access.WORK SAFELY WEAR SAFETY GLASSES GET HELP TO MOVE LARGE HEAVY GREASY COMPONENTS.
