Do you have all the pieces? If so, you can glue them together and fill in the cracks and pits. OK...that would be good enough for any of my projects!!!! But anyway, then you'd have a form for a silicone mold. Then you need to make a form box and pour in the silicone mix. Soon you will have a mold. I fell asleep at this point in the show. I think it would be good to read a book about it. I saw this on a TV car show. The item they were casting on the show was a.....HOOD ORNAMENT!!!
