No need to yell; especially as you are not correct, people do care. It's not for sale yet so no price is needed. Besides, the subject of price was clearly covered in the original post. Sometimes people like to consider things like whether or not there is another option, which is why I stated the post was to gauge interest which could tilt the decision to sell. Sorry to post this rebuke publicly on the board but the offending party was not even brave enough to give his/her name and email to allow me to respond privately.
