I've got both.....
The WC 36 4 x 2 has similar front sheetmetal to the VC 6 but not the same - the VC had a lot more chrome, no Dodge badges on the hood side, different hood ornament, wider set headlights (in the wings and not on them) Most of the differences are age-related as my VC (a VC 3, unfortunately not a VC 6) is May 1940 but my two WC 36s are December '41 and January '42 so things like the hood badging and chrome had changed anyway.
The WC 48 was later again and at least two of them had the blackout lights on top of the headlights (as opposed to cowl lights)
