Reading from Std. Catolog of U.S. Military Vehicles, reading about the WC 10,17,26,11,19,and 42, I see no referance that there was a 4x2 ever in production. In regards to a 4x6 duece and a half, I believe that all drive train components were the same, the differance would be at the transfer case. All transfers had an outer case that were phyically the same and the inner components were changed to go to either a 4x6 with one input and two rear out-puts. And to a 6x6 which would have one input, two outputs to the rear and one output to the front axle. The CCKW transfer case is also a two speed case which makes it desireable for 4x4 projects. Tom
