I have bought a few M-37's matching your description. The 39,000 miles is probably correct. You'll know why after you drive it around for a while. It is not meant for long trips or hiway driving. If it didn't have a winch, I'd say $500 would be a good starting bid. The winch set-up is worth more than the truck and may add about $1000 to the price.
