Tulsa is a big name in industrial winches, and I think they're still in business. "Bob's Services" here in Anchorage which puts trucks together for North Slope contractors etc. handles both Braden and Tulsa, as an example. Will it fit between the frame rails? If so, it's a 15,000 lb or less. Bob's has a 20,000 lb Tulsa PTO worm drive they've had for sale for years (used?) but it was too wide for my M37, plus it weighs a lot, 4-500 lbs minus cable.
As far as driveline and yoke, they have some sort of standardized input shaft. In your size maybe 1" with a Woodruff key. So you get a yoke to fit, then start putting together a driveline. U-joint to fit yoke, 2nd yoke to fit U-joint, choice of hexagonal or round with key driveline, yoke at other end, U-joint, yoke that fits PTO output. The hard part I would thing will be size and weight of winch and precisely locating it so that driveline will reach input without interference. 2 or even 3 piece driveline can be used. But a driveline with N pieces requires N-1 support bearings, attached to frame elements. There must be a slip yoke in first piece of driveline coming out of PTO output, since that's subject to torque induced motion relative to frame. The remaining driveline segments should be more or less static relative to the winch.
