If you talk to Mr. Zentmeyer please let us know. The little manual that comes with the 1210 says "The All-Trac is designed to be installed in 4-pinion diffs only. It will..function in 1/2 ron and early 3/4 ton trucks that ..have 2-pinion diffs by changing to the later 4-pinion type. Details...in our ...TM 9-1808C".
You may well be right. If the same side gear is used, and if the inside dimensions both diameter and length are identical, then it will work. The outside diameter however is 11/32" less. The ID may be less, but it may or may not make any difference. Anyone know the answer for sure?
