Just a thought or two:
Contact the t.v. news groups that have reporters that try to help consumers.
For example; Seven on Your Side, or Hall of Shame. Maybe they will do a story.
The T.V. news groups are listed in the phone book.
Contact F***'s headquarters to see if a complaint can be lodged.
Also inquire about getting a truck directly from the plant and by passing the dealership.
I know that this was a possibility several years back when an employee of my fathers did this.
She saved a big chunk of change.
Write a letters to the editors of the town and county papers.
With all the money that you saved from not getting the truck, take out an ad describing what happened.
Have as many facts, dates, names as possible. Have a copy of your returned deposit and contract.
DID YOU GET ANY INTEREST WITH THE RETURN DEPOSIT??? It may not be much, but why should they get it???
Go above the manager. Contact consumer affairs or the Better Business Bureau.
Maybe there are other compaints against them.
