Forgive me for using the F word.I just want to pass along what happened to me this week. I ordered a 2000 SD 250 4X4 crew cab diesel way back in Sept 99. Well after 6 months a bunch of problems and the salesman getting nasty with my wife Sandy I dealt with the manager from that point forward. Well low and behold the truck finally arrives on Tues March 2 the manager got nasty with us after my wife had reiteratded her dissatisfaction with the treatment from the salesman.The manager than told us that he did not want to sell us this truck because{WE ARE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY RISK}Well if he was worried about a F survey and not my wife and I telling everybody what happened he has a big surprise coming.Well at least we got our deposit back.I just wanted all you people out there to know what happended so if by chance you ever dealt with Dayton,f***,Dodge,GMC,JEEP,KIA they are all owned by the same guy.Run dont walk away from them.If anybody wants futher details feel free to e-mail me.
