Brian, I believe Coleman preceded the Marmon Harrington by about 9 years (according to Fred Crismon). At least there is one great example restored and owned by Don Chew in Brighton CO. He also has Marmon Harringtons on hand in case anyone ever gets that way. Incidentally Coleman in Littleton CO converted at least 50 Dodge trucks to 4X4 in 1956 to preceed the debut of the 1957 W series Power Wagon. I have a 1/2 ton example and know of a 1 ton in MD and another about 2 ton here in Michigan. Fred Coldwell has more details on them and hopefully he will publish this stuff in a Dodge historical book one day when he finishes publishing his Jeep books. OK, sorry Fred no pressure. After all what have we been waiting ten or fifteen years for John Zentmeyer to give us his Dodge book?
