I just got clear lenses for my '58 W-300 and amber for my '63 W-300. They are the same as used on 76-86 Jeep CJ's. I think the '57 is the same as the '58. Get them from 4WD parts at 1-800-333-5535. Clear is P/N 8127449, amber is 8127449A, cost $7.95 each. Amber is just like original, clear has chrome trim on the plastic lens. They look good!
