the front axle uses a small bearing which if not lube reguarly fails. some people are turned off by the full time 4wd. mainly poor gas mileage plus some people beleive the 360 is a smog motor. I would buy one, re-do the front bearings. you can swap in an 81-84 front dana which give you locking hubs plus put in a kit in the np205 to make it part time.
