Best way to bleed brakes????

Hi I want to thank everyone who responed to truck wont start. I finally got the carb some gas. Now I have a new question. I replaced master cylinder and all the brakes lines, also the front calipers and rear wheel cylinders. What would be the best way to go about bleeding them? Thanks
