Nearly all large tires have excessive runout, out of round, wobble, whatever you choose to call it. I highly recommend new tires be trued on the vehicle before a spin balance. This process will cut rubber off the high spots making tires round. A balanced wheel is not a round one unless this is done. Benifits far outweight the rubber loss and tire ware will be better also.
