Borgeson out of Torrington ,CT (860-482-8283)makes them. They are pricey but you'll never have to worry about it again. On a side note, if you want to make your stock one last longer drill and tap a hole in the body of the slide box and install a grease zerk. That way you can pump it full of grease and don't have to tear it all apart. From my experience Dodge knows they are a problem as most all dealers stock the parts for rebuild. Good luck, Kevin
