first question is what size 16.5 wheel do
you have on your truck
there are/were 4 standard widths one for each
size of 16.5 tire
6in wide for 8.00x16.5
6.75 for 8.75 amd 9.50 x 16.5
8.25 for 10x16.5
9.75 for 12x16.5
the only tire sizes that share a wheel are
8.75 & 9.50
in the case of the 19.5 they are more than
likely 6.0x19.5 which only use 8-19.5 tires
8-19.5 tires are now mostly motor coach/RV
tires and your selections might be limited
you also need to make sure the 8-19.5 wheels
are rated for radial tire use as that is
what most of the 8-19.5 (8r19.5) tires available today are
8.75r16.5's have a loaded radius of 13.5in
8R19.5's have a loaded radius of 15.7in
so the ride height increase will be about 2.2in
